Pink House Alchemy: Cardamom Syrup

When we first smelled the Cardamom syrup, we knew we had something special. Cardamom, by nature, is spicy and sweet with a beautiful floral scent. We developed this syrup with its perfect partner (coffee) in mind. When Cardamom and coffee come together in one cup, magic is made.

Ingredients: cane sugar, water, cardamom seed, vanilla bean, cassia chip, lactic acid

Suggested Uses: Cardamom Iced Coffee (1 oz of Cardamom syrup and 3 oz of cold brew coffee; top with soda water and a splash of cream) and Pink House Original Daiquiri (2 oz rum, 1 oz lime juice, 1 oz Cardamom syrup; shake on ice, strain neat into a coupe glass and garnish with a lime wheel)
