Jack Rudy: Maple Syrup

We work with our friends in the Catskill Mountains of New York state for this prized Maple Syrup. Their trees are hand-tapped, and the maple sap is reduced over a wood-fired evaporator. The slow and careful process yields a rich, robust maple syrup perfect for the kitchen or the bar – equally at home over a pile of pancakes, or in a Maple Old Fashioned cocktail. We think it’s the best maple syrup we’ve ever tasted, and we know you’ll agree.
